I do aim to dispatch all orders within 1 day working, if ordered before 12pm. However if ordered after 12pm next morning Please allow 3 working days for your card to arrive. Orders are dispatched by first class via Royal Mail. Proof of postage will always be given and therefore taylormade cards accepts no responsibility for lost products.
In the event that your product fails to arrive, please contact me where i will claim with the Royal Mail on your behalf and issue you a replacement item or a full refund depending on your request.
Please note: Orders will only be made and dispatched upon receipt of all payments.
Terms & Conditions
At taylormade cards we take your privacy seriously and you have your privacy guaranteed.
All payments are processed through PayPal and Google, Google and PayPal have no access to any of your financial details. Customers do not need PayPal or Google to make payment, as one time payments can also be made using these payment method.
Cards are delivered either to your registered address or if you need delivery to an alternative address this facility is available too. No personal details or address details are passed on to any third parties.
Please note that whist we do accept that mistakes can occur in rare occasions, it is your responsibility to make sure that the spelling and wording of your personalised sentiment / name is correct at the point of ordering. We will not take responsibility for mistakes made on your behalf. In the event of an error on our behalf we are more than happy to offer you a replacement item free of charge. All we ask is that you return the item to us to process the exchange or refund.
Whilst we trust you will be happy with your product, if are not entirely satisfied with any item you receive we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.
Please note that we can not offer a refund on any personalised cards where the error had been made on your behalf unless faulty. It is extremely important that you make sure the message you want adding to your card is correct.
We will not offer any refund to items where damage has been caused by misuse .
In order to return your item please email taylormade cards where you will be advised on what to do next, along with a photograph of the damage on the card, Proof of postage will be required when returning all items and we accept no responsibility for returns lost in the post during transit without proof of postage. Some of our cards do have small motifs/hatpins/and other small items on them we recommend you against giving such items to children.
